Pocket Rocket Method is a personal training and lifestyle coaching business run by Sophia Gregory, based in Coventry, United Kingdom. This website is pocketrocketmethod.com.

Sophia Gregory is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at any time at info@pocketrocketmethod.com.

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you enter into the waitlist form:

• your first name
• your email address
• which you are interested in: Lifestyle Coaching, the PRM App, or both
• a record that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you submitted the form

We do not ask for any other information, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

We use your information for one purpose only: to contact you with waitlist updates about Pocket Rocket Method coaching and the PRM App, including when founding coaching spaces open and when the app launches.

Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We will not use your details for any other purpose, and we will not sell, rent or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

When you submit the waitlist form, your details are stored in this website’s database and are also sent to us by email so that we see your sign-up.

The following service providers process your information on our behalf:

• 20i Ltd (United Kingdom) hosts this website and its database, and provides the mail service that sends the notification email.
• Google LLC provides the Gmail mailbox that receives our waitlist notifications. Google may store this data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for international transfers.

Only Sophia Gregory, and the website developer who maintains the site, have access to the stored sign-ups.

We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist has closed and the coaching and app launches are complete, whichever comes first. After that we delete them. If you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, we delete your details promptly.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Your browser may store a small number of strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to work, and for logged-in administrators to manage it.

Fonts on this site are served from our own server rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not share your IP address with an external font provider.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop using your information, or restrict how we use it
• transfer your information to you or another provider

You can also withdraw your consent to waitlist emails at any time. To do any of these, email info@pocketrocketmethod.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
